As life gets more and more complicated, and there are more and more options available to help you get the most out of your life, it can be hard to know which process is right for you. So, I wanted to share with you some ideas about how to know if hypnotherapy is the right path for you to seek out self-healing.
First off, what is self-healing? We have so many different ways to heal ourselves. A few that you might have heard about include Reiki, shamanic healing, soul retrieval, meditation, intentional breathing, acupuncture, and homeopathy.
What I tell my clients is to lean in to the resonance of what the description of the work is. Say what? Well, as you are, say, reading the words on a practitioner’s website, ask yourself: Does this feel right for me? Or does it feel like it’s a bit of a stretch for my belief system? If it feels like it is a good fit, then it most likely will be.
The next thing you want to do is be comfortable with the practitioner. I offer a free 30-minute consultation for a reason. I want you to get to know a bit about me and my process before you make a decision about whether or not working with me is right for you.
Just those two decisions—does the description of the work resonate with me, and do I feel comfortable with the practitioner—can make a big difference in how well a treatment might work for you.
Now, on to what makes you a good client or fit for 5PATH, 7th Path Self-Hypnosis, Past Life Regression Therapy, or Soul Entrainment work. The first piece that should be in place is awareness—awareness that you have a problem or an issue you would like to resolve.
Second, you must be ready to get down to work and be willing to stick with it to get the results you are wanting. As much as I would love to wave a magic wand over you to help you heal yourself, that is just not possible. You need to make a commitment to yourself to stick out the hard parts of emotional and physical healing. No one can do that part for you. I am a facilitator of your healing work, but I cannot do that work for you.
Lastly, you need to be able to make a financial investment in yourself. I understand that money can be hard to come by, but if you don’t make the investment, will your life change? What you have been doing so far is not working for you, so why would you expect different results by doing the same things over and over again? Sometimes you need to bite the bullet and sink some skin into the game in order to create the changes you want for your life. It’s that simple. After all, are you not worth creating that opportunity for change in your life?
Hypnosis is not for everyone, but it is a very powerful healing process. Keeping an open mind about how your brain works, how your emotions work, and how you can create change by learning to understand those parts of yourself is very liberating.
Also, hypnotherapy self-healing work has a bit of a spiritual component to it. So, if you are a person who wants to explore that aspect of yourself, the process will be very illuminating. If what I have shared here makes sense to you, feel free to reach out and schedule that free consultation with me. I would love to be a part of your healing journey.
Do you work with teenagers? More specifically 14 y/o.
Thank you.
Hello Diana,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes! I do work with kids ages 12 and up. The best course of action is to schedule a consultation with me and your child, so that they can understand the process and to make sure they would be comfortable working with me specifically . I hope that answered your questions. Paulette
